We are looking for a consultative and creative sales recruiter to grow and scale our teams. You can expect high-impact and wide-ranging responsibilities that include: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy and partnership with company leaders, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior leaders across the Sales and Revenue organizations to develop and execute recruiting strategies that align with business growth objectives
- Own full-cycle recruiting from initial sourcing searches, outreach, funnel management, conducting interviews, and closing offers for a variety of sales roles
- Fill unique and high-impact sales positions, ensuring alignment with hiring priorities, sales goals, and workforce planning
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive sales candidates for both immediate hiring needs and future growth opportunities
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top sales talent through LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and other creative methods
- Track and analyze key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, passthrough rates, and offer acceptance rates, to optimize the hiring process and drive continuous improvement
- Help initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to sales recruiting strategies, including outreach automation, AI tools, and market mapping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Finance, Sales, Sales Enablement, People Ops, Benefits, and Legal to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives tailored to sales talent, showcasing career growth opportunities and earning potential
- Identify and drive creative solutions to hiring challenges, including improving diversity sourcing strategies and competitive intelligence gathering
- Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, stakeholder management, and quality of hire
- Stay up to date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices for sales recruiting to refine hiring strategies and enhance candidate engagement
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, legal requirements, and best practices in recruiting, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- Availability/willingness to work onsite at our Lehi, Utah office Monday-Friday
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, HR, or similar field
- 4-5 years of sales recruiting experience
- Experience using various Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse is a plus
- Experience utilizing AI tools in your current or previous role
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
- Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
- Strong executive communication skills, ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
- A positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects

- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
- Sales Experience is a plus
