About this Role:

We’re looking for someone to lead our Revenue Enablement team who’s passionate about developing others and improving performance across the sales org. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and the ability to build and deliver effective learning programs at scale. This is a great opportunity for someone who has Enablement leader experience who wants to take more ownership and build our processes and programs. You’ll shape our onboarding program for new hires while supporting ongoing skill development and knowledge adoption for SDRs and AEs across the organization. Onboarding is our first chance to set new team members up for success, and sustained Enablement support ensures they continue to grow long after their first week. You’ll play a key part in building that foundation and driving long-term success.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide daily coaching and support to new SDRs and AEs during their first 8 weeks at Podium
  • Partner with SDR Managers and AE Managers to address team needs and performance gaps
  • Develop and deliver group trainings for both new hires and existing sales reps
  • Coordinate key logistics and scheduling for new-hire onboarding
  • Track performance of the reps you support and share monthly updates with Sales Leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support initiatives that drive revenue and overall sales effectiveness

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in the Lehi, UT office full time.
  • Prior experience in leading and managing Sales Enablement teams and programs
  • 5 years minimum enablement experience
  • 3-5 years in leadership experience
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solving attitude and growth mindset
  • Ability to identify and communicate gaps or areas of improvement in our current onboarding process
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize their work while minimizing distraction
  • Experience working with or supporting international teams
