Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete 10 weeks in this internship role
- Meet with the CEO to learn about Reltio's story to success and growth.
- Participate in learning sessions from leaders around the company to learn about how Reltio operates and gain useful skills to take with you in your career.
- Participate in intern cohort meetings with the other interns in the company to collaborate and build relationships.
- The HR Technologist Intern will participate, learn, and be introduced to all the functions of Human Resources from a technology lens and according to the essential duties below.
- Technical Support: Assist in providing technical support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Data Management: Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- System Configuration: Learn and assist in the configuration of HR technology systems, adapting them to meet the organization's needs.
- Chatbot Development: Collaborate on the creation of HR chatbots, enhancing user interactions and automating routine inquiries.
- People Analytics: Assist in analyzing HR data to derive insights, trends, and actionable recommendations for HR and organizational decision-making.
- Automation Projects: Contribute to projects focused on HR process automation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- User Training: Collaborate on the development and delivery of training materials to empower users in effectively utilizing HR technology tools.
- Assist in Implementations: Contribute to HR technology implementations, participating in various phases of project execution.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for HR technology processes, ensuring accessibility for team members.
- Stay Informed: Discover the latest trends and advancements in HR technology, chatbots, automation, and people analytics, providing insights to enhance our systems.
- Complete final internship project
Skills You Must Have:
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Communication: Clear communication of technical concepts.
