We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Team, being responsible for leading work on long-term programs that have an impact on the entire company.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement project/program management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management;
- Manage complex projects/programs from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders;
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support on best practices and project/program management methodologies;
- Monitor and report on project/program progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise;
- Ensure that project/program deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business goals and objectives;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and vendors;
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in project management in technical/cross-functional projects;
- Solid understanding of the fundamentals of agile software development and software development practices;
- Keen product sense. critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to learn and get a working understanding of complex topics;
- Proficiency in communicating and discussing complex topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, adapting to evolving project requirements and challenges;
- Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate effectively to reach common goals.

- Background in Engineering or Management;
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, such Scrum.
