Sword is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to support our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to support hiring of exceptional talent for our Portugal and US offices. Responsibilities:

- Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview

- While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline;

- Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel;

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever).

Requirements:

- 3+ years of recruiting experience;

- Experience hiring technical talent, and ideally in a fast-paced environment;

- Strong verbal and written English skills

This role must be in Portugal and will work a 40 hour schedule. The role will begin as contract but has potential to become full-time employee.
