The Logistics Specialist has experience with distribution, warehousing, and order fulfillment and relies on data-driven decision-making and is accountable for communicating between Sword Health and the carriers to ensure the order fulfillment process is carried out.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement solutions to address issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
What you need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics and in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to interpret and communicate clearly in English.
- Based in Porto Metropolitan Area or close by.
- Experience with order fulfillment and international logistics.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Computer programs: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Capacity and desire to master other Company tools such as Oracle/Net-Suite, Looker, Other WMS tools, etc.
