About Bloom:
Today, one in every four women suffer from a pelvic-health disorder and Bloom is here to change that. Sword Health developed Bloom to connect millions of women with accessible pelvic-health care, using the most innovative technology available today. Bloom includes customized guidance from Pelvic Health Specialists, the Bloom Pod by Elvie, and a mobile app to track real-time results and progress. Women meet with Pelvic Health Specialists remotely and progress through the program from the comfort of home, on their own time.
What you'll be doing:
- Data-Driven Improvements: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program enhancement, guide strategic planning, and collaboratively develop and implement solutions;
- Operational Oversight: Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction;
- Project Management: Manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals;
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach operations associates and clinicians, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement;
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support seamless collaboration and program success;
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with expert clinicians to address complex cases, extract actionable insights, and scale improvements across the program;
- Financial Management: Monitor and control operational costs, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maintain budgetary discipline.
What you need to have:
- Over 5 years of experience in consulting or scaling operations in a fast-growing startup;
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with extensive proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets;
- Strong execution bias, a hands-on approach, and the agility to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities;
- Proven critical-thinking capabilities, sharp analytical acumen, and the ability to make clear, informed decisions;
- A proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving meaningful change independently;
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
