The Role

ThoughtSpot is looking for a highly organized, detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role is critical to delivering a seamless candidate experience while keeping our recruiting operations running efficiently and with urgency.

You will be the operational backbone of the hiring process, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and candidates to ensure interviews, offers, and background checks are executed with precision and care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and brings a strong service mindset to both internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end to end interview coordination across multiple teams and time zones with speed and accuracy

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews with a strong sense of urgency and proactive communication

  • Manage background check processes, ensuring timely initiation, follow up, and completion

  • Support offer processes including documentation, approvals, and system updates

  • Maintain accurate candidate data and reporting in Workday and other recruiting systems

  • Ensure a high touch, white glove experience for candidates throughout every stage of the hiring process

  • Act as a trusted partner to recruiters and hiring leaders by anticipating scheduling conflicts and solving problems before they arise

  • Continuously improve coordination workflows to drive operational excellence and efficiency

What You Bring:

  • 2 or more years of recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or high volume scheduling experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and follow through

  • Ability to prioritize competing requests and operate with urgency in a fast moving environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Operationally sound mindset with comfort navigating systems and process driven work

  • Experience managing sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Workday or similar platforms

  • A service oriented approach with a passion for delivering a best in class candidate experience

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting campus recruiting programs or early career hiring initiatives

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in US - Phoenix.

Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
