About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master with 6-8 years of experience to lead and coordinate Salesforce (SFDC) development projects. This role will closely work with a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, business analysts and leadership team, to ensure smooth and timely project planning , delivery and communication. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing project timelines, facilitating Agile processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll do:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce development projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with administrators, developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Facilitate efficient scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team’s progress and project delivery.

  • Monitor sprint velocity and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions by facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA for tracking tasks and progress.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Ensure documentation of project processes and deliverables.

  • Support change management activities and user adoption strategies for Salesforce releases.

  • Coordinate and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles with business users.

  • Support post-implementation activities, including retrospectives and lessons learned.

What you'll bring in:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in Salesforce (SFDC) environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and scrum practices.

  • Experience managing project timelines, creating Gantt charts, and using project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

  • Excellent facilitation skills for scrum meetings and stakeholder communications.

  • Experience coordinating with Salesforce teams (administrators, developers, business analysts).

  • Experience with Salesforce release management, sandboxes, and deployment strategies.

  • Ability to adapt and respond to changing business priorities and requirements.

  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.

  • Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.

  • Curiosity in exploring new AI tools

  • Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new, emerging AI technologies

  • Critical thinking to know when to identify when AI should be used versus when human judgement is necessary

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.

Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
