We are seeking an experienced Treasury and Payments professional to join our motivated team of experts who value innovation, excellence, and shared growth in a results-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day operations by managing our treasury, payments, and reconciliation processes.
What you’ll do:
Timely processing and reconciliation of all inbound and outbound payments and treasury processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Managing customer payments and monitoring all related transactions to support smooth and reliable cash flows
Preparing and distributing cash & securities reconciliation reports to management, providing timely and accurate insights into our cash and securities holdings
Conducting cash forecasts and offering insights on liquidity management strategies to optimize cash flows
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies between internal cash records and external statements
Proper monitoring of the operations bank accounts ensuring that balances are supported at all times.
Providing support for customer queries, audit processes, and ensuring smooth communication with banking partners
Championing process improvements and automation projects, collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance our treasury and payments infrastructure
Ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the payments landscape.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a focus on Treasury, Payments, Reconciliations or related fields
Very good understanding of the global payments space - Sepa, Target, UK payment flows, Swift cross border transfers, among others.
Strong investigative and analytical skills; ability to identify errors
Fluent in English - both written and verbal. German is a strong advantage
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines

Experience in data analysis and process automation using data visualization tools, SQL, Python, or similar is a plus
