● Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing

personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded

● Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and team-building skills working with technical and

non-technical individuals

● Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members,

clients and other stakeholders

● Must have good exp in UI automation using Selenium or JS based frameworks

TestNg/Maven, Rest Assured.

● 1-3 years of Experience required.

● Must have good exp in performance testing.

● Good to have : mobile automation.

● Good to have : Experience of security testing.

● Track record or building team, setting up QA and release processes.

● Push team continuously to innovate and/or to keep raising the bar and standards of all

the quality processes.

● Knowledge of Relational databases (SQL Server, MySql etc) and Non-Relational

databases (MongoDB) with a demonstrated ability to write complex queries to be used

for data validation and troubleshooting.

● High energy and drive to work in a startup environment.
