Role Overview
We are seeking a GTM Recruiter who excels at identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting for US and/or international markets and a deep understanding of building high-performing GTM teams in a fast-paced, global organization.
You will play a vital role in scaling our global operations and ensuring we attract the best talent to drive Yellow.ai’s growth and market leadership.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles across the US and international markets, from job requisition to onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and personalized engagement throughout the hiring process.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on global hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics to build a robust talent pipeline for GTM roles.
Employer Branding: Actively promote Yellow.ai’s employer brand in international markets through social media, events, and other creative initiatives.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to improve the hiring process continuously and outcomes.
What We Expect From You
4-8 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships).
Proven track record of hiring in US and/or international markets for high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
Expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building diverse talent pipelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage senior stakeholders and provide consultative hiring support.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in an agile environment.
