Role
As a Recruiter with a strong focus on tech hiring, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top-tier candidates to meet our company's hiring needs. You will utilize your expertise in various sourcing channels to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels in sourcing profiles from diverse channels, is proficient in tech hiring, and has a keen eye for identifying the right talent. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates are essential for

Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement gathering to offer stage.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to hiring managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tech hiring.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tech hiring and strong sourcing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
