The Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in driving pipeline growth by orchestrating targeted, multi-channel campaigns that engage prospects at every stage of the funnel. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, leveraging data and automation to optimize performance and maximize impact.
Role
As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You'll manage outbound programs, nurture streams, event follow-ups, and paid third-party demand gen programs, ensuring every prospect gets the right message at the right time.
You’ll work closely with demand generation, sales, and marketing operations to build and optimize scalable programs in HubSpot and Salesforce, leveraging automation, segmentation, and analytics to continuously improve performance.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and full-funnel campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute outbound campaigns – Develop and launch multi-touch campaigns across email, paid digital (agency), and other channels to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Build full-funnel marketing programs – Develop strategies that drive leads from top-of-funnel awareness to engagement and pipeline acceleration.
- Manage nurture programs – Design and execute automated workflows that educate, engage, and move leads through the funnel.
- Leverage intent signals to prioritize account-based engagement
- Optimize event follow-ups – Ensure seamless and timely follow-up with leads from trade shows, webinars, and hosted events.
- Manage paid third-party demand gen programs – Identify partners and oversee lead generation programs with external media partners, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Improve segmentation & targeting – Use HubSpot and Salesforce to refine audience segmentation, personalize outreach, and track lead progress.
- Analyze & optimize performance – Track campaign KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously test and iterate for better results.
- Work closely with Sales & SDR teams – Align outbound and nurture efforts with sales priorities, refine messaging, and improve the lead handoff process.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on outbound campaigns, lead nurturing, and demand generation.
- Experience managing paid third-party demand gen programs and evaluating ROI.
- Proven track record of driving engagement and pipeline growth through strategic, data-driven campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable with campaign metrics, reporting, running marketing experiments, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills – this role works closely with sales, marketing ops, and demand gen teams.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, engineers, or database professionals) and community engagement is a plus but not required.
