Position Overview -

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team! If you’re passionate about large-scale distributed systems and driven to shape the future of the cloud, this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable, reliable automated software tests for both system and user levels (Backend & Frontend).
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks to enable efficient, high-quality test execution.
• Design, write, review, and execute test plans for various application layers (UI, API, Performance) based on project specifications.
• Drive improvements in software testing processes and methodologies, collaborating closely with team stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and track defects, providing regular updates and detailed test reports.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for smooth and efficient deployment.
• Optimize and maintain team-oriented tools to boost productivity.
• Solve complex engineering challenges in automation infrastructure and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, or Playwright.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in backend test automation, building internal frameworks, monitoring systems, or enhancing testing efficiency.
• Proven ability to lead testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape design and product vision.
• Solid understanding of various testing types and QA methodologies.
• Experience in building test plans for both backend and UI.
• Background in large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Experience in data testing and working with databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, Postgres, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with the Pytest framework.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud tools and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes).
• B.Sc/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field.
