RECRUITER (CONTRACT)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team at Current. This role will recruit for our open positions across technical and non-technical roles, helping the team find top talent and providing a great candidate experience along the way.

• Help develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.
• Implement dynamic sourcing strategies to recruit passive candidates across multiple channels for technical and non-technical roles.
• Engage with active and passive candidates leveraging innovative approaches to attract top talent.
• Maintain best-in-class candidate experience.
• Serve as an effective ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates.
• Leverage and maintain data reports and recruiting metrics to drive improvements as needed.

The compensation range for this role is $40-$60 per hour.

ABOUT YOU:

• 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
• Experience working on technical roles is a plus
