The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help scale our sales productivity efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven success with measurable impact on sales onboarding, rep ramp time, and sales effectiveness in a prior role, together with some field experience as a seller. You must love helping people learn, grow, and succeed. Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and leadership to develop strategy and execute enablement initiatives and projects
  • Improve onboarding and accelerate ramp time of our sales and business development teams
  • Assist in the deployment and ongoing support of a sales enablement platform for content access and engagement as well as onboarding, learning, and coaching
  • Collaborate with product marketing and others to develop resources and tools such as sales plays, presentations, and demo scripts
  • Build and maintain sales processes and procedures
  • Develop online and in-person training, learning paths, and certifications to drive sales performance
  • Work with leadership to plan impactful sales events and trainings

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience producing sales enablement programs
  • Experience supporting a widely distributed sales team
  • Minimum 3 years producing and managing enablement content with a strong portfolio of prior work
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise at synthesizing sales processes into straightforward content that's easy for reps to consume
  • Experience creating no-nonsense product guides that make benefits and differentiators clear
  • Skill at leading live enablement and training sessions
  • Comfort and credibility speaking to all levels of sales professionals, including veteran enterprise reps
  • Ability to work across teams including marketing, product, professional services/support, and customer success to connect sales to every aspect of the business
  • Familiarity and proficiency in sales enablement software solutions including content management, learning management, and sales productivity suites
  • Familiarity with sales workflows from top of funnel through renewal and upsell
  • Service mindset, with a genuine drive to help others succeed and improve

$88,000$132,000 USD
