We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist that is committed to providing our team with exceptional work experience and building positive relationships with our employees. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in onboarding, benefits, payroll, performance management, and employee records. The Human Resources Generalist will be reporting to Sr. Human Resources Operations Manager and tasked with ensuring each employee is achieving career goals within the organization.

In this role, you will:

·      Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for employees to address and resolve their requests, concerns, and inquiries.

·      Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, references and background checks, and work with hiring managers on the offer letter process.

·      Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, State and Federal regulations.

·      Conduct New Hire Orientation and facilitate other onboarding and offboarding events.

·      Compile, maintain, and keep up-to-date employee records including new hire, terminations, personnel changes, and promotions to ensure all is documented and all necessary owners are notified.

·      Administer employee benefit plans.

·      Assist the HR Department in maintaining compliance with all applicable HR-related Local, State, and Federal laws and reporting requirements.

·      Assist with HR projects available to help with employee retention, engagement, and other key ideas while working with leadership.

·      Performs other HR duties and compliance projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

·      A minimum of five years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity.

·      Solid HR Generalist with strong ADP Workforce Now HRIS experience in personnel maintenance modules, reporting, payroll data, and performance management. 

·      Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

·      Demonstrated ability to successfully and professionally work with all levels of employees.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Demonstrate good judgment and strong ethics to maintain the confidentiality of information.

·      Enjoy data and compliance research.

·      Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork.

·      Ability to problem solve and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·      Full cycle payroll processing experience is highly desirable.

·  Experience in benchmarking and building job matrix highly valued.
