The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute paid advertising programs across a wide variety of platforms, including Google, Microsoft/Bing, 6sense, LinkedIn, Facebook, community sites, audio, and connected TV. The individual will also plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize landing page performance.
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Be responsible for all day-to-day operation and results of the company’s paid marketing programs
- Carefully monitor all campaigns and recommend and execute on campaign adjustments in a timely manner and review results of the changes to ensure performance
- Report on metrics including ad spend, ROAS, and CPL
- Keep up to date on the latest ad platform changes and modify our campaigns as needed to accommodate those changes
- Regularly plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests with ad copy, creatives, keywords, and landing page content
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including 1-2 days per week in-person in our Cupertino California office. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
- 4+ years hands-on experience running campaigns on 3 or more of the following: Google Ads with $100K+monthly spend, Bing/Microsoft Ads, 6sense, LinkedIn, Facebook, podcast platforms, connected TV platforms, Google Play Store, Apple App Store
- Certification in Google AdWords preferred but not required
- Experience working for a B2B or B2C SaaS software company
- Highly organized individual with a proven outstanding attention to detail and quality execution
- Be a self-starter who has a strong work ethic and can manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to clearly present information on ad program results and answer detailed questions about the ad programs during periodic reviews
