As Sr Analyst of FP&A, you will be a strategic business partner to the organization, providing key analysis and insights, managing KPI reporting and forecast updates based on business trends. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, this role will have an active and independent voice that will be critical in all financial considerations of the business.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:

• Support the annual, quarterly and monthly financial planning process and reporting to key stakeholders
• Own the financial model and drive business decisions to achieve company goals with optimized financial outcomes
• Develop a deep understanding of the key revenue and operating model drivers, develop consistent ways to track and report, and make recommendations to the leadership team to help drive improved results
• Assist in driving cross-functional initiatives and value-added business analysis for various teams in the organization
• Develop a monthly meeting cadence with various stakeholders to review performance against KPI’s and forecast updates.
• Drive recommendations on process improvements and overall operational performance
• Work closely with the Finance leadership team to help build the financial systems infrastructure to support the company's current and future business needs
• Use systems solutions to streamline reporting and automate internal processes
• Prepare regular presentations to the Company's Board of Directors and investors
• Support key strategic initiatives, including analysis of new product development and M&A

Required Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate possesses extensive at least 4 years of corporate FP&A experience for a SaaS business with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another analytical field
• Extremely strong financial modeling skills and mastery with MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, Looker or Tableau, Adaptive Insights or other FP&A tools a strong plus
• Experience in investment banking or private equity a plus
• Strong understanding of information systems and data models, and ability to aggregate disparate data sources for integration into financial models
• Superior problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing / shifting priorities and deadlines; strong sense of urgency and strong time management skills
