💼 What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the hero for our mid-market customers. From onboarding to implementation, you’ll guide them every step of the way, making sure they’re getting maximum value out of our products. Think of yourself as the trusted advisor who cultivates long-lasting relationships and helps them succeed with our remote access solutions.

• SaaS Superstar: Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role within a SaaS company.
• Communications Pro: Whether you're chatting with a C-level exec or a small business owner, your communication skills shine.
• Team Player: You thrive in collaborative environments and have a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Linguistic Bonus: Fluent English is a must, but if you also speak French or German, that’s a huge plus!
