Overview
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to enable customer-centric revenue growth, drive account expansion, and optimize Customer Lifecycle Value (CLV). This role focuses on re-engaging dormant accounts, following up on marketing campaigns to engage customers throughout their journey, enhancing their experience, product adoption, revenue expansion. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging customer insights, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.
The key responsibilities of this role will require you to:
- Follow up on customer webinars, email nurtures, and content syndication campaigns to identify needs and set meetings. In addition, ensure a smooth transition to Account Management and Customer Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing and Account Management to drive revenue through expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Marketing, Account Management, and Product teams to identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts, aligning strategies to drive expansion and improve retention.
- Proactively engage with customers via phone, emails and chat to drive customer retention, reduce churn, and maximize NDR.
- Leverage CRM and track engagement through outreach tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
Who you are?
We’re looking for candidates who meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are a bonus and not a strict requirement.
- 2+ years of account development, customer growth & expansion.
- Expertise in campaigns follow up, 1:1 outreach and working with existing customers.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, ABM, Excel, Salesloft.
- Strong analytical, presentation, written and communication skills.
- Experience at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
