Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings of components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Creo, or NX).
Apply simplified engineering analyses for quick project verification.
Evaluate and interpret simulation results to identify design improvements and ensure the structural integrity of products.
Work with design for manufacturing (DFM) to ensure projects are optimized for machining, plastic injection molding, casting, and other manufacturing processes.
Develop physical prototypes and conduct tests to validate product performance, iterating as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, production) to ensure an efficient development workflow.
Participate in design reviews, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Creo, or NX).
Strong knowledge of GD&T, following ASME Y14.5 or ISO 1101 standards.
Solid understanding of mechanics, materials science, and design principles.
Experience with manufacturing and production processes, including machining, plastic injection molding, casting, and forming.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Technical English proficiency for reading and writing.
Experience with CAE simulation (Fusion Simulation, SolidWorks Simulation, or similar tools).
Experience with high-aesthetic standard injected products, including in-depth knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and technical application details.
